1 /5 John T: Very unfortunate and strange. I’ve never had an issue with this agent but today i had a horrible experience. Spoke to Sheila about making some changes to my policy. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good day. I just simply wanted to inquire about making changes on my policy and Instead of helping she jumps into conclusions, begins to be extremely judgmental. I get a whole lecture and then I’m told that I should know better because I work within the same industry, when technically I don’t. Regardless of my occupation. I’m still considered a customer and as an agent it is your job to inform me in a proper tone and with a sense of professionalism. Your job is to help me, NOT discipline me or give me a lecture. We all have busy lives and there are some things that we forget to do and we don’t keep up and I’m sure it happens to the best of us. No need for Sheila to start digging in to what I do for a living and then say “I expect you to know” and then ends conversation by telling me I should go with another agent.. Best believe that I will.
