1 /5 Tony Noordam: The female I spoke with was very Rude & unprofessional! Asked her several times is this Allstate & she keep saying yes but were with Brand something, because I wanted a quote. Then she transferred me to the owner; asked for a quote & he explained its better to go through an Allstate agent, so why are they advertising as Allstate. Their customer service SUCKS! And yes u can keep my name up thete!

5 /5 Michael Caudle: Proactive!!!! Always calls me when I have a change to my insurance which is appreciated because sometimes the changes are small and I wouldnt probably notice. MY coverage is great. If you are shopping for insurance based off price and not coverage you are doing it wrong. The best insurance will not be the cheapest 9 out of 10 times. Do yourself and my family a favor and get yourself covered properly with Allstate.

I went to Allstates site online and the minute I saw they were right here where I live, I thought...home taking care of home, that piqued my interest and as I looked at the choices in coverage, it just sold itself. I did call and spoke with an agent too and he was very pleasant, professional,cordial, a people-person gentleman. I could get the coverage I need for a price that I am able to pay and I am so very happy with the decision. After talking with other agencies Allstate was a no brainer for me. Another plus and the biggest is ...I can choose the method of payment which is very important to me to have that choice.
