Frances Brunner Kay was amazing! I was past my deadline for submitting the drivers class due to personal issues, and I had a court date and missed that, too. Kay plead my case with the information I sent her, and I did not have to appear. The court dismissed my ticket because I completed the class and due to my circumstances. If you fall on hard times, do not give up- this service was well worthwhile. Kay was also very considerate and empathetic. A perfect experience all around. Thank you!

I felt comfortable with all of the associates that worked on my case. Whenever I had a question or an issue of missing information with immigration Rogelio would call back to answer my questions, also he took care of sending that missing information.
