Thy Phan It was my first experience with Superior Insurance but Im already looking forward to being their clients in the future. I talked to agent Luke regarding refund problems and some insurance processes. I hate talking to insurance agents sometimes due to their attitudes, but I promise you Luke made my experience so much better, smoothsailing and enjoyable. He explained things in great details, helped me understand problems and even advise me better options WHILE maintaining a calm, kind, helpful tone of voice.
