4 /5 Ricky Hepp: I have never been in the position to need a lawyer before, or the judicial process in any capacity. My case was showing serious implications and charges from the state that would have made me a felon. Family friends recommended Mr. Ken Bigham, and stated “this man is diligent in his work, and as a single father (to my understanding) understands the pressure of doing what it takes to provide and love for your family.” He promised “if I show these people the person I claim to be, then with all that he could he would help prevent me from going in.” As a single father I’m sure a lot of you know the system hugely favors against us in a lot (not to soap box or boast biased opinions) but it does. Mr. Bigham and Law Firm resolved my case, and for this I am eternally grateful. In just close to 3 years this man did what I thought was at first impossible. His words and actions have flipped my life 180 degrees for the better. To have your kids taken from you and to not know how long for, or what you have to do to get them back is one of the heaviest feelings ever. Going through everything I had, I can honestly say I’d never regretted hiring him. The facts are that this man took my case without knowing me. He listened to me when I was broken, scared, and confused. After everything did I come out scotch free, no. From legal assistance to advice and so much more. Ken has been there for my family to develope basic life planning with wills, to custody cases, and even an unfortunate criminal case. Now he is helping a friend with her divorce. And the greatest part is he is real about it, he doesnt sugar coat the odds or difficulties or even grey the lines of communication.
