Leroy Lacy I have had a long professional relationship with Nina and I cant recommend her highly enough. She did all the incorporation services as a "C" corp and guided us as we sold product to the UK Government, Many times in the ensuing years she has provided legal advice and services with respect to patents and intellectual property.
