From the very first meeting with Santiago Balderama, I felt a sense of peace. He truly listens—not just to respond, but to understand. He’s been honest and upfront every step of the way, clearly explaining our options and helping us understand the process. This is a criminal case, and while it’s still ongoing, the support we’ve received from Mr. Balderama and his team—Kimberly and Mercedes—has been nothing short of amazing.
They’ve kept us informed, answered every question with care, and always treated us with respect and compassion. I never once felt like just another case. Kimberly and Mercedes have both been so kind, professional, and reassuring through every interaction.
What stands out the most is that Mr. Balderama is a man of his word. His integrity, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. He is also a testimony that it’s never too late to turn away from that life—and that message alone brings hope. I’m incredibly grateful to have him and his team by our side, and even though we’re still in the process, I can confidently say they’ve made a lasting impact.
