1 /5 musa musayev: Review for Miguel Garcia –Branch Manager
I had a very disappointing experience with Miguel Garcia, the branch manager. He did not make any effort to understand our request and immediately said it was not possible to open a new account for a new immigrant to the USA with a Green Card.
When I explained that this was not my first time opening such an account at this same branch—and that many of my newly arrived friends had successfully opened accounts here—his response was rude and dismissive. Instead of reviewing our documents or trying to find a solution, he repeatedly said it was impossible and that he could not help us.
I then told him that I would simply go to another Bank of America branch, and that is exactly what I did. Just 10 minutes away, another banker at a different branch reviewed the documents we had, opened a checking account for my friend, and even issued a secured credit card with a $500 limit—quickly, efficiently, and without any unnecessary obstacles. That banker’s professionalism and knowledge were excellent, and we truly appreciated the way he handled everything.
Unfortunately, Miguel Garcia’s lack of professionalism, unwillingness to assist, and rude attitude left a very negative impression of this branch.
