Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Lewisville (TX)

1 /5 A P: Should be no stars! BOA is so untrained and unhelpful. To the staff working inside this morning - lazy and cannot even help open a door let alone handle money. Girl with the funny glasses rolling her eyes, greeter standing by the door is useless and wouldnt even open the door. Phone crew at the main line gives wrong info sending clients on wild goose chases for service. Run dont walk away from this branch and BOA as a whole!

1 /5 nin men: I have been a customer with Bank of America for over a decade this location is by far the worst customer service I have received. We came in to open a joint account and the banker only took one person information and told us me need to fill in the other person information later on our own. I have open a joint account at a different location before and this was not the process. I’m actually considering leaving back BoA to Chase now because of this interaction.

5 /5 duescala e: I went to this office to solve a change that I could not do online, I was very well attended I had to go two days for not bringing my ID the first day Bryan Silva attended me and the second day I was attended, Zeeshan Siddiqui, both were able to help me and I left very satisfied, highlighting that despite not speaking English, they helped me a lot, thank you

1 /5 Taylor Bonds: This is by far the worst Bank of America location there is. You will wait 1 hour to be serviced. One teller is not enough. This location needs to be shut down. It’s like they aren’t open anyway.

1 /5 Bianca Bosch-Suero: We will not do business with BofA any further. I walked in with my senior father, who was looking to open an account. The representative at the check in booth was very rude. She told us we needed an appt then proceeded to question my father who wanted an account. She walked away saying I’ll get someone. No customer service skills what so ever. We walked away and no one batted an eye. No thank you
