Over the last 6 years, Ive retained Bailey and Galyen twice and worked with two of their extraordinary attorneys, Anna Nika and Teresa Sanchez. In both cases, I was the underdog with a good cause, and in both cases, the ladies were my champions and successfully protected my son. These people are my angels and manage to keep me sane in the hardest of times while fighting like sharks in the courtroom. They are kind, compassionate, always happy to answer my questions or walk me through potential scenarios, and utterly ruthless and knowledgeable warriors of the law. 1 /5 moe chi: I wasted my money on immigration lawyer Claudia Cubias..ask for another attorney if you need help with any immigration case!She never cared about my case..and then claimed i wasnt a “cooperative” client..yet every single conversation we ever had I initiated it.. She is such a negative person! I got a new attorney with a different firm.. with the SAME evidence I had with her and she helped me thoroughly..Please dont choose Claudia!She gives this firm a bad reputation

5 /5 Karma Sessions: I didnt even know where to begin looking for an attorney to take my case. I was denied social security disability, twice. Then someone gave me this firms name and number and told me to call them. They said they were real good at what they do and they are friendly. So, I gave the firm a call and they have helped me through everything. I have been communicating with Kathren Mousa, in the Social Security Disability Department. There was an issue with one of the physicians office not faxing over Ms. Mouse my medical records. She would call me and let me know what was going on. Some people would get annoyed. I really appreciated her calling me and letting me know. Because I would rather get to the courtroom and be prepared than not.
