5 /5 Russell Rash: I always seek The Best, so I definitely didnt want to hire one of those "Good Ole Boy" local defense attorneys, who goes fishing with the DA on the weekend, and have my fate compromised or decided on a lake. So I did a search for the top Defense Attorneys in Texas, and Mr. Torbersons name was in the top of all the lists, and as I read his profile and researched past cases, I was quite impressed with one case in particular. In June 2016, Mr. Torberson took on a case to represent and protect six dogs from being euthanized after attacking and killing a Process Server, who trespassed and ignored a "Beware Of Dogs " sign at a Manor, Texas residence. It was at that moment that I knew he was the man I wanted and needed to represent me and handle my defense; a man, who truly loves animals, as you will see, when you visit his office and meet his beautiful pets in person and in photos. My point? Well, a man dedicated to insuring an animals right to proper representation and a fair trial will definitely fight just as hard and determined, if not harder, for a human.....and he did just that in my case. I have been in and out of the judicial system for many issues and have been represented by numerous attorneys; however, I can definitely say without an ounce of doubt that Eric Torberson is one of the Best. I could use an infinite number of positive adjectives to describe him and his approach to handling a case and the utilization of the law, but I will just leave it at this...Youre a damn fool if you fail to hire this man for representation in any legal matter.
