5 /5 Jonathan Nguyen: Everyone in this agency is extremely helpful they gave me all the information I need and helped me get the best coverage for a great price! They really care and go the extra mile to explain what I’m paying for and putting together a personalize coverage based on what I need and what my budget is Sade and Steven were my agents and they are phenomenal! I normally don’t care to talk to agents and do things online myself but, their honesty and commitment to helping me lower my insurence price and getting the best full coverage, got my attention I now have full coverage at a lower rate then my last insurence! I highly recommend this agency!

2 /5 Wesley Reed: Allstate raised my liability rates, not a great deal, but considering that my vehicle sits in the driveway almost all the time, its irritating. And their own app tells me that Im not me, my email isnt valid, and neither is my phone number. All in all, Im not very happy with this insurance.

5 /5 Heather Attale: Arike Agency was able to provide my husband and I with more car and home insurance than we were getting at Farmers Insurance for less money. Sade provided detailed and digestible descriptions of the various coverage options as well as pros/cons. Unlike other insurance experiences Ive had, I never felt like she was trying to "make a sale". Instead working with her was a collaboration to vet various insurance options against my familys needs and ultimately get us the best fitting coverage. Switching was seamless - she did all the work! - and we were even able to cancel our AAA coverage (also part of the All State options we settled on). We recently moved through our first claim, a windshield repair, seamlessly via Sades guidance. Today she called to confirm we were happy with our experience, and we are! I highly recommend the Arike Agency branch.

Super on top of things, very proactive in making sure you are always getting the best rate possible and very responsive any time we have a question. Even when we ran into a difficult claim situation I feel like they exhausted every option they could to help us out. We couldnt be happier with the Arike Agency and Allstate.

1 /5 Alex Saenz: What is the point of having an office if not one person is there to man it? Update: went to the office another day at 4:00 and guess what? No one there. Not everyone wants to deal with a something as important as insurance over a phone call. Thanks for nothing Allstate. I guess I’ll give my money to another insurance company.
