5 /5 Cheater AttackDog: I highly suggest at least checking to see if he can get you cheaper insurance with a free quote. I was with Allstate for years. They kept increasing my liability insurance on two vehicles that are 10+ years old every 6 months. I was paying $300 a month. I checked in with Apple Insurance and he saved me $2,200 per year on insurance paying less than half what Allstate was charging me!

4 /5 Kyle Bates: Customer service at this place is terrible. Extremely disrespectful and argumentative they hang up on you and refuse to answer the phone. They told me that my policy renewed in august yet charged me in July with no notice when I asked why they said we sent you a letter so it’s not our problem. I never received any letter from them or the company. When I tried telling them and explaining that to them they were confrontational and rude. When asked to be placed on hold so I could speak with the agent who told me my policy renewed in august I was told they weren’t gonna put me on hold and tie up there phone lines and that they are there to make money like my business and my concerns were not important. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with to date. They are so shady I wouldn’t put it past them to retaliate against me for posting this review. Don’t get insurance here. Update: Since this review I have spoken with the people who work here a few times and they have seemed to have improved on their customer service quite a bit. The manager even went out of his way to email me and set a reminder to call me about my policy renewal which was the majority of the issue last time. Hopefully things will continue to improve here because a good and honest insurance agency is needed in our area. If you are looking for insurance give these guys a chance.

1 /5 Loretta Hernandez: Because we asked him to cancel our. Insurance because we need it full coverage insurance and it was too high so we told him. We were gonna go look and find another cheaper. One cause all of them was too high and we have to cancel the insurance we had with. Then. What? He. Did not cancel? It and then? He. Called today? And said that we didnt cancel cause we have to sign and he refused to to listen and he says that he didnt say that and we know he didnt. Cause theres 2 witnesses that hurt him. Im making a complaint because the guy isnt right in. Hes lying to his customers and I dont appreciate being lied to.

5 /5 Lisa Johnson: Wonderful customer service. We got a multi car/ multi driver policy and it was way cheaper then my last policy for just 1 car and 1 driver. Highly recommend.
