The lady that did my paperwork for my insurance put my occupation as something totally unrelated as to what I do and they cancelled my policy due to her mistake. Paid $207 to start the policy not even 30 full days ago, go to pay it today and was told I’d have to pay to start a whole other policy with a different company. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

1 /5 Mrs Spy: Horrible service walked in and the owner immediately had his nose turned up. I asked for insurance for my husband he asked was I going to be driving. I answered he needs insurance he replied I didn’t ask you that. I replied no and he threw my husband driving license up on the counter. He is very rude and unprofessional racism is real still he is a prime example. Don’t go to this insurance company. I give him no stars rude unprofessional.

1 /5 Don Woods: Undercover BIGOT!!! Future customer beware!!!! The owner is awful!!!! He should not be in business at all!!! He is not people friendly especially when it comes to minorities. I went in to pay my mothers insurance bill (who is not able to go in herself) and questioned about the additional up charge (out side of what he charges to pay there), mind you I paid it last month. He did not like the fact I brought it up and called me trash, told me the shut my mouth and tried (yes tried) to address me like it was 1619!! I would not allow this man to insure my dog!!! He is the reflection of why change cant come about!!! I would never in life do business with this man nor ever recommend him!! I gave a star only because I had too in order to leave a post!!

1 /5 Lisa Galan: Went to Apex insurance for assistance but instead got a very rude agent, Kerry. I had left multiple messages with the receptionist concerning our auto insurance and after no response from Kerry nor return of calls. I drove to the business. Kerry became irate and started yelling at me when I tried to explain the situation to him. This unprofessional attitude was undeserving. I simply went in to resolve a bill on a cancelation of a policy that I initiated. I have done business with Safeco for many years this agent should be ashamed of himself! Do not do business with APEX on Bell St. No customer service here!!
