1 /5 Lisset Luna: If I could put zero stars I would. This law firm didn’t do anything, keep in mind I paid everything to make my process faster. My husband got detained and I Informed them .. what did they do? Nothing. All they had to do was show was legal papers, them as lawyers they should know that, but of course they don’t care about their clients. I asked to speak to a lawyer from their firm to see if I could fix something and they all said they was no way I could. All I could do is wait for a call back. But ofcourse I never received call backs, if I didn’t call I didn’t hear from them. Now I got a new lawyer and I need all my money back because like I said they didn’t do anything. NOTHING was sent nowhere. It’s been 5 days and they still can’t figure out when I’m getting my money back like uh hello you can’t keep money of a process you didn’t do. I have been to their office here in Irving and the only reason I got a hold of them is because the receptionist there helped me and made them finally contact me. Please make sure you check out another law firm, DON’T RECOMMEND going here . Because it ain’t even a law firm , there’s no communication and they all say the same thing “ we will give you a call back in 24/48hrs”
