AllCare CDS & Financial Management Services - Sherman (TX)

2 /5 Cindy Nickel: Since this new corporation bought them out they are a "Corpration" who does not care for anyone but themselves. They change the pay period to fit their needs instead of the clients. There are some good workers in All Care that have been there before this new corporation took over that work with you and are very sweet like, Michelle and Amber. Its sad that these corporations are just there for the money and not for the services for our special needs children. The Corporation doesnt deserve any stars the only reason I gave them any is because of Michelle and Amber.

1 /5 Lorena De La Cruz-Blackard: It seems that everyone has the same issue with this company, AllCare does not send the checks to their employees, or to the employees of the people who have hired them to be their Financial Management Service. We found out tonight that our care attendants have NOT been paid, AGAIN?!!!!!! This has to be illegal!!!! The majority of the time this business has an excuse not to send the checks their company was hired to disbursed. We are so stressed from our employees letting us know that they have not been able to pay their bills. There needs to be some legal consequences for this. SHAME ON YOU, AllCare!!!!

5 /5 Kara Price: We have been using AllCare, formerly Angels of Care for about seven years. My son receives care through the state because he is physically and mentally handicap. They manage the paperwork and payroll of all our employees for us. It saves us so much time! There have been problems, but they always fix them. We were even contacted by the CEO once when they were switching payroll systems. Its wonderful to have someone who has your back when you are trying to get care for your children.

1 /5 Christina Vazquez: If I could give them no stars...I would. I have been given the run around and lied to from these people. They cant seem to get things correct with my paycheck. I have bank fees and Im lucky to have talked my way out of late fees for some of my bills. I dont recommend that anyone use this company.

1 /5 Kirsten Segraves: Theyre alright until there is some sort of issue that needs to be resolved. Then they are conveniently impossible to get ahold of. As someone who works in customer service I do my best to treat the customers problem as my own and that is the opposite of how you are treated by these employees. There have been a few nice people Ive spoken with here but the employee turn over rate is so ridiculous you never have a consistent point of contact. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
