Charles van Cleef I just wanted to amend my earlier, bare, five star review with more information. I am an attorney and have dealt with the Paul Robbins law office several times over the years, though we are in different areas of the State, and we are almost always on opposite sides. This is a longstanding, "old school" law firm that operates with grace and class while still tirelessly, smartly, and ferociously representing its clients interests, and that truly cares for its clients and being a good citizen in its community. That is not to say that we always agree, because we dont. But when we dont I am assured that their position is one that is well thought out and researched, firmly held, and that will be competently and professionally presented. In the realm of litigation these are, or should be, prized qualities for anyone seeking legal representation. I was not asked to write this review and no one knows I am now writing it; I am writing it because it is true. While many attorneys and law offices have these same qualities, some do not and I think it is worth pointing out those who do when I have personal knowledge of them.

Arriel Vinson I was referred to them by Stonebridge Chiropractic and I am truly impressed. I was initially skeptical about getting a lawyer for my car accident, but my injuries lasted for a long time and I needed treatments that I couldnt get without one. Not only were they professional, but they kept me updated every step of the way. I knew the process would take a few months, but they always answered my questions and kept me notified if anything new happened/told me about where they were in the process. Cant thank them enough!

First Last I contacted Mike Wallace because my father had passed and he had an active bankruptcy case at the time of his death. I tried to reach out to the attorney that originally resided over my fathers bankruptcy case but he was unwilling to help or answer any questions despite me offering to pay a consultation fee for his time. I just needed some questions answered but he said he couldnt help and was quite dismissive. So I contacted Mike Wallace to see if anything could be done so that if possible, I could prevent any of my fathers creditors from coming after his estate. Mr. Wallace was very accommodating and said that if I could get him a case number, he would look up my fathers case and see what could be done. Mike & Jill texted me, they called me and even set up a time that I could call back and speak with him so that they could give me an update on what he had found out regarding my fathers case. Unfortunately in my situation, there was not much that could be done because too much time had passed but I will say that Im very grateful that Mr. Wallace was willing to help me when the original attorney my dad hired in Sulphur Springs would not. Mr. Wallace wouldnt even accept a consultation fee for his time. As I mentioned above, sometimes even when youre willing to pay people to help you, they will not always help you but Mr. Wallace took the time and effort to look into the case and give me feedback regarding this particular matter. Even though there was not much that could be done because of the length of time that passed, it really is a huge relief when you can at least get some answers to the questions that you have. If there was something in my particular case that could have been done, I would have moved forward with Mike Wallaces services because he was willing to help me, call, text and consult with me about what he had learned regarding my particular situation. Bankruptcy is a very sensitive matter regardless if its tied to an estate or if youre in a situation where you may have to file but if youre looking for someone who will treat you with dignity and respect and not shove you off to voicemail, I would highly recommend that you give Mike or Jill Wallace a call so that they can help you. Eric Ramos From the year that Todd was taking care of me I can honestly say without question did everything in his power to help me. Complete and open communication 7 days a week, always responded to emails, and kept a very friendly demeanor with it all. When I thought I didn’t have anywhere to go I could go to him, and he would find ways for me to get stuff done, or use him as a line of communication for anything. Overall 5 stars all around!!!!
