5 /5 nev: I had to meet with a loan officer for the first time today, and let me tell you: whatever Shannon G. is getting paid, its not enough! She was so patient with me and explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly and helped ease the confusion I had about all of the terminology. She was completely amazing and I feel confident going to her again if I need anything!

5 /5 Pascal Mutabazi: Best local bank ever in term of customer service however, I had like them expand a range of loan services like home improvement loan.

1 /5 Ruth Allen: I’m in town from upstate New York and I went to USS CO to exchange some $20 bills cause I needed some $10 bills to put in a birthday card. They refused me because I wasn’t a member it’s American money that I’m exchanging for American money and being out of state and they couldn’t even accommodate me. The teller refused bank policy. Is that really a good way to treat a person?

2 /5 Zoey Wyandt: Very good service if you actually get to see them in person by chance, but horrendous operating hours and the online banking is essentially non-existent when it comes to actual usage. Also regarding the online banking, it is hosted over a 56k connection, providing for extremely unreliable, slow service. The website for the banking itself is designed very badly, is nonstandard (And is therefore incompatible with most home-banking software such as Quicken), and tends to break without warning. Due to such an occurrence, I was unable to access my funds for a week until I returned from school to speak with the help desk in person.
