5 /5 Stephanie Volkar: I have been a client of The Tax Lady for YEARS. I do not understand all these poor reviews. I wouldnt keep going to her if she wasnt amazing. Shes ethical and absolutely does her best to get the maximum return. Ive also had nothing but great interactions with her staff when Ive spoken with them Sorry to those who are mad that they didnt get money back, but thats not the accountants fault, blame the government lol.

5 /5 Debbie Watson: The Tax Lady is the best! After years of working in a position that was not my favorite, I finally started my own business this year. Best choice for me and my family, but I knew very little about what I was doing or should be doing outside of saving gas receipts. Bonnie went over the whole process with me, making sure I got the most from my refund as possible and teaching me about organizing and recording my business expenses in ways I’d never even considered to help make me more successful in the future. She is absolutely amazing!

1 /5 Lexi Ferg: The absolute worst. My fiancé has gone to her for his taxes a few times and now we are dealing with discrepancies for the last THREE YEARS over her own mistakes. We called about the mistakes, talked to her on the phone once tried to call back 2 more times to ask more questions to hopefully resolve the issues then got an email that she has dropped him as a client. Very unprofessional. And let me just add it was as simple as an address that he was NOT even living at!! Bonnie, I see that you always respond to people’s bad reviews of your business with smart remarks. Don’t even bother. I will make sure everyone that I know will never give you business.

1 /5 Brandon Miller: Wanna know how I know this is a review that is true? She blocked me on Facebook because she couldnt justify her horrible business practice. So last year I gave a negative review for this business on Facebook that simply said "it has been 2.5 month since youve had my taxes and they still arent done". This year (a week before taxes) I get a letter stating that since I complained that it was taking so long I have to find another tax person. What a terrible business practice to try and justify your screw up. I will definitely be finding another tax person anyway, but everyone else should as well. This place is terrible to begin with. You cant even go inside and arent allowed to wear cologne or perfume when you pick up your taxes because the owner doesnt like smells. Laughable. I just got a reply from her that stated I verbally abused her employees... When I picked up my taxes I said "wow, it took 3 months to do these? Thats terrible.". Sounds like she cant take criticism and is the type to automatically call something "verbal abuse" when it doesnt align perfectly with someone praising her. RE to below answer from business... I guess you dont get the point of reviews. I definitely dont care that I was "disengaged" a week before tax season, I am "reviewing" your business and letting your potential customers know your business practices so they can make an informed decision. Hopefully I have plenty of people see this because there are many other tax services in our area, one of which I am "engaged" with.

1 /5 Stephanie Rager: I took my taxes here in 2019. When I went to pick up the finishes ones and the wrong name was on them. My husband did our taxes last year. But I now own a business and wanted to take them some where. I received paperwork a few weeks ago in the mail from The Tax Lady, how ever I misplaced them but still have the envelope. So I called and asked Beth to email me the paperwork so I could drop off my taxes. When I called Beth informed me that they werent going to take me on as a customer because I never picked up my 2019 taxes.. I told her yes I did and explained the situation that happened when I picked them up and that i also received paperwork for this tax season from them. She then stated that she had to check with Bonnie. I then dug out my 2019 tax folder ( the red tax folder that has "the tax Lady sticker on that I supposedly "i never picked up") i made sure I wasnt missing anything . I had the proof that my 2019 taxes were sent electronically and it also had all my w2s and paper work i provided them with. So i did pick it up! Beth never called back. I reached out again with a phone call left a voice mail telling her I was physically holding the red folder with the proof that I picked up my 2019 taxes and was waiting on a return phone call to see if they would take me. Instead I received an email saying that they were not taking me on... see attached email. DO NOT GO HERE!!
