1 /5 Stephen Deli: By far the worst bank you could have. If you buy something on Wednesday or Thursday you better not buy anything until the following week cause that’s when that charge finally gets taken out. It’s pathetic by the new year my account will be closed

1 /5 Troy Pruitt: Went to exchange mutilated currency and was told by the teller the bank wouldnt take it. When asked why, I was told, "Because she said, "No." while pointing towards, I assume the manager. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Next call, corporate!

I’ve visited multiple times over the last few days to help with my parents’ accounts and both the banker I dealt with and the tellers were extremely helpful. I was helped promptly and everyone took their time to nail the details. I was very impressed and grateful.

1 /5 Matt: ATM out front is broken and will steal your debit card if you use it. Avoid it at all cost as this branch is obviously too careless to fix it
