1 /5 Dakota Trimpey: Worst experience ever… we made an appointment for 2:15 we arrived at 2 pm. The asst. branch manager checked all my papers when I walked in and told me I had everything I needed. We were told to sit. Not until 2:53 did we get called back only to be told sorry the paper you have doesn’t have a seal my bad. Not only did she become unprofessional and just walked away but had no insight. And the dude who was helping us knew she was wrong and didn’t even try to make it work. I’ll be taking my $100k check to another institution. What a joke and waste of time. I’ll be contacting cooperate to address this further.

Extremely unhelpful, wasted my time, and let another customer cut in front of me in line after spending my time talking to three different people to just get a new card. Shouldn’t have been the hassle that it was and I no longer am banking with PNC. In the process of changing to a credit union , hopefully there’s some better customer service there

1 /5 Jasur Nurullayev: Worst Banking Experience – Deeply Regret Choosing PNC This has been the most disappointing and frustrating banking experience I’ve ever had. I opened a Secured Credit Card in February, hoping to build my credit. It’s now JULY, and I still have NO FICO score. Six months have passed — and NOTHING. No updates, no results, no guidance. This bank makes something that should be simple, incredibly confusing and slow. Even worse, I’ve been dealing with two fake transactions on my account for the past four days. I’ve called, submitted forms, followed every instruction — and still, no refund, no help, no solution. Their website is useless, and the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You wait forever just to be told to call another number or check back later. No one takes ownership. No one cares. The mobile app is a mess — confusing layout, unclear steps, and missing functionality. It’s as if this bank doesn’t want you to fix anything or even understand what’s happening with your own money. PNC claims to offer protection and support — but that’s just marketing. In reality, you’re on your own when things go wrong. I’m done. I strongly warn others to stay away from PNC Bank. There are much better banks out there that value your time, your money, and your trust. PNC has failed me in every possible way.

1 /5 Connor Mackenzie: If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal PNC customer for 13 years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I found myself in a tough financial situation due to unexpected life expenses and turned to PNC for help with a small personal loan to stabilize my finances. I spoke with a representative over the phone and had two in-person meetings to explore my options. Despite this week long effort, I was rejected for the loan because I had no credit history and had selected a payment plan for an Xbox which they claim is a loan. When I asked about the possibility of getting a credit card instead, I was flat-out denied. PNC didn’t offer any solutions, alternatives, or guidance on how to qualify in the future. They simply told me no. This behavior is unacceptable from a bank that claims on its website to help customers with emergency funds. It’s clear PNC does NOT care about its customers or their financial well-being. Their lack of support during a difficult time is both disheartening and unprofessional.

5 /5 mb prickett: This has been my branch for 30yrs, I am in at least once a month for something or another...but a standout part of my loyalty is the great care I get from Jeff B. He is so knowledgeable & gets me the information I need, takes care of my transactions & is dedicated to making every customer feel like theyre the ONLY customer...its refreshing in todays fast paced world to get that kind of service.
