Planned Investments - Washington (PA)

KER I love the new location, at the Fayette Plaza (near Ollies & Giant Eagle). Not just because its extremely close to my home, but also because its much neater. The wait times are still what theyve always been, thats not their fault - they cant help who comes in, when, or how complicated peoples transactions can be. SSA doesnt make the laws. Once I get to the window, often my visit goes quickly. One time I was given incorrect information from an SSA agent at this location, and my Ticket To Work liaison had to handle the matter because of that, but Im not going to hold that against the entire office. Usually everyone is nice & helpful, takes as much time with you as you need, and tries to get everyone in & out quickly. The seats could be a little more comfortable, considering a lot of disabled & elderly people go there, but otherwise its a nice, clean, quiet place.

She assisted us with an audit by the IRS after filing and helped us fill out necessary paperwork. We moved 3 hours from where her business is located and continue to still utilize her services.

Curtis Griffith I absolutely love this branch. Everyone here is always so friendly, and greets me by name when I walk in. Unlike most banks and financial institutes, they actually care about their customers. Ive been going here for a few years, and definitely recommend them over every other bank / FCU around. I do wish I could remember names(Im sorry, Im horrible at remembering names) but the lady in the first office to the right is awesome. When it was raining, she walked me out to my car with an umbrella. Highly recommend this location.

Tina Shamber Great friendly store. They keep it clean & well stocked. Very well stocked. When I couldnt find toilet paper, he had some. This Uni-Mart is always trying to keep all of Clairton in mind for food, Supplies and the store is always clean! If they don’t have what you are looking for just tell them and they will get it for you!
