John NEOhio Nicole is an outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, can’t say enough. She helped my sister and me deal with banking issues related to the passing of our mother. She took care of everything related to the bank, even stayed over past closing time to help. Though formerly from that area, I now live in Ohio. Just based on Nicole, I would have my accounts there too. My mother always said she loved her local bank and we got to see why.

Dan Leber I’ve had multiple interactions with several different people at this department regarding tax compliance and requests to purchase city owned property and each experience has been pleasant. Thank you all. Quick tip - if you’re unsure of who to contact about your issue, email/call your local council person directly and they can likely point you in the right direction.
