1 /5 Andrew Allen: They stole $1800. After a break up with my abusive ex, we were forced to sell the house. The reimbursement check wasnt stamped til April 2025 but the check was dated Dec 2024. And I didnt receive it til July 2025 when it was expired. After reaching out and speaking with multiple people, they just stopped answering my emails and ignoring my calls. They refused to resend the check

1 /5 Lindsay Steinour: I just called customer service to request a copy of my 1098 for tax prep purposes. As I live overseas, I didnt receive a hard copy of this. The gentleman I spoke to in customer service was extremely rude and chastised me for not having a copy as "it was already sent multiple times" and said he wasnt sure the could reissue it to me. This clearly is not the case and, by law, you are required to provide that information if requested to the homeowner. You need to train your customer service reps properly. Im not sure why this individual was so unhelpful and rude.

1 /5 Jennifer: This is a horrible mortage company! They dont communicate with you at all and then you see your credit score drop 40 points over night. My mortage went from 1600 to over 1800 a month due to shortage on escrow I was told. Everytime I call this facility no one can give me a straight answer. Every person I talk to tells me something different. Very unorganized and very rude employees. Not willling to work with you at all if you have unforseen events happen in life. Unable to send partial payments when the amount a month is more than one of my paid checks. The customer service employees are always ghetto and dont know how to speak proper English. This is the worst mortage company to have. Unforseen events happen in life and sometimes payment cant be paid in full all the time. To this company it doesnt matter they are not willing to work with you at all. I never know how much I owe bc everytime I think Im caught up on payments im getting a rude phone call saying I owe them more money. They say that when u send partial payments its not applied to the loan until they get the rest of the payment. Its crazy to me. Then when u send the rest of the payment they end up telling you that u need to send more. They are the worst! Hire some people with some class and know the English language.

5 /5 Kittie Richards: Its weird to hear a lot of negative reviews, after 22 years (2003) I have never experienced any bad issues. My mortgage go up a little but thats because my taxes & homeowners insurance go up dont like it but that fight is with the city or town & insurance co. Never missed or was late with a payment, so most problems are with people not paying or late, send your payment as soon as possible. I know times are hard for all of us, but customer service cant change the rules that these big corporations put in place. They just work there & most are probably going thru the same thing. This is 2025 & it might get worse, good luck to all
