1 /5 Sasha Carter: My husband and I tried calling this morning (9:25am I might add) to get a quote from David Thomas. His assistant Cathy answered and when my husband asked to speak with David regarding said quote she interrupted multiple times questioning the reason for his call… Explained again what he was looking for and asked to speak with David she then proceeded to say “that’s obviously not why you’re calling” and hung up on him. I then called and said Cathy we just called for a quote but you were very rude and hung up on my husband. She said I misunderstood which I let her know there was absolutely no misunderstanding as I was present for the call and heard everything… we simply wanted to get information from DAVID the personal qualified to answer our questions. She then proceeded to tell me I can go somewhere else and HUNG UP AGAIN. My husband and I were in no way rude during this entire ordeal even when we should have been. We are simply trying to get things in order before my he leaves for military duty next week. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I would call back and ask to speak with her manager but I have no faith anything will get done. Absolutely DISGUSTING!

Josh Adams My online help today with Jazmyn was horrible. My account was hacked and it was taking days to close it. They would not just cease the checking account. I had to go to the bank and block them.
Ryne Kean The staff are friendly and helpful however the banks policys on certain things are insane such as the overdraft fees and interest rates but I understand that is what they do to make money and we agree before opening anything
