After multiple unsuccessful attempts—seven in total—to obtain a payoff letter, Christine finally stepped in and resolved the issue. Despite my growing frustration from the repeated delays and lack of response, Christine was the first person to take my request seriously and follow through. She handled the matter efficiently and ensured that I received the document I had been requesting for weeks. While I wish it hadn’t taken so many attempts to get to this point, I do appreciate Christine’s initiative and follow-through. Her professionalism in the end helped bring much-needed closure to the matter.

She also detected that my updates had been delayed because my contact information in the company records were incorrect. Friendly personality, she cares about customers. A real asset to NewLane!
