1 /5 Nicole Tarquinio: Impossible to get a hold of them. I had both my auto and homeowners with this company for many years and received wonderful service from Lori. However, since Lori has left, it has been a real problem. My auto coverage went up substantially this year so I tried to cancel only my auto policy to move it to another company. The insurance company cancelled my homeowners in error as well. I was trying to work through Benedetti for several weeks/months to get it corrected but it never got fixed, so I had to move my homeowners policy elsewhere as I was going on a few months at that point with no coverage. Now my mortgage company is trying to charge me nearly $1k to cover the lapse in coverage, all because of this error. I cant get anyone to respond to me via email or phone and I cant talk directly to the insurance company because my policy was set up through this agency. While it was a great company for years, I would recommend staying away now.
