SSG Follow-up review. The Pgh office staff went out of their way to help me find the person and contact information I needed. Pgh office people were very friendly and told me to call back if I did not get results at the main office. When I did reach the person I needed she also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pgh staff!! Much appreciated! The main office where our account is handled is not giving us information we request. They arent even answering our emails.

Dave Wyckoff Kissling et al filed my 2018 federal tax return. In 2020, I received a letter from the IRS indicating that my 2018 was in error and I owed an additional $1900+ in taxes plus $139 in interest charge. I had Kissling review my return and they admitted to their oversight on my return. As a matter of good business practice, I expected Kissling to reimburse the $139 to me. They did not.
