chris pachuilo I can see there are some bot accounts here adding their “reviews”. Very poor behavior from other companies. GL financial has provided the same consistent, transparent and lucrative service to me and my friends for the past 5 years. They have gone extra lengths to ensure they get you the most return back or little pay in as possible. There has never been an issue with any of my taxes the past 5 years, and I can say the same for those who I referred.

d dou Without a doubt, I plan on returning to Trispagonas Insurance for their wonderful care to detail, customer experience, and overall pleasant nature. I contacted Tom for guidance about my mother’s life insurance needs as she approaches retirement. During our fruitful conversation, he provided me with a wealth of information and insight about life insurance and her potential options. Despite the fact that I needed to provide more concrete information, Tom was extremely polite and forthcoming with his support. So much so, that I mentioned wanting new car insurance. Within the blink of an eye, Tom set me up with a better plan (saving me hundreds/year while adding features) and with my permission cancelled my current car insurance, hassle free. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also, during our initial conversation I noted that some of the many upsides of working with Tom include his strong background in multiple insurance policies and financial planning. He is also licensed in multiple states and has the knowledge background to prove it. I absolutely plan on returning to Trispagonas Insurance for more services as it can be hard to find an earnest, hard working individual such as Tom for these types of services. Thanks again Tom!

Rosso Nero Its been a clown show since my mortgages were shipped to BSI, but I held my tongue. As long as I could. I got the conversion paperwork and went online to activate my account. I did so, and set up auto-pay for my first mortgage. I then tried to add the second mortgage, but couldnt. I called customer service only to be told I couldnt add my other mortgages (I have rentals) to my online account, I would have to create separate logins for each of them. I dont know what Windows95 application BSI uses to process payments, but I decided against setting up a bunch of separate accounts, and, as I would have done in 1985, filled out paperwork and mailed it to them authorizing auto pay. It turns out to be a good thing I did, because the autopay request I submitted on their website only worked twice and today I received a past due notice for funds that should have been processed automatically. So I will go ahead and mail paperwork for the final account along with a check for the past due amount.

Danielle Sandusky-Wilson Uniontown Location Thee absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with literally. The very first thing that I have not agreed with since opening is the fact that they put a limit on your very own money on how much you can spend per day but what sealed the deal for me is what happened this last week. July 17th I went into the bank to deposit money. I counted it at the counter then the teller counted it & said I was short 100 dollars. I said "Are you sure" she said "wait let me recount it" so she did & I was in fact not short. She gave me my receipt showing the amount I had & also my online banking said the same amount. An hour goes by & the teller calls me to say she took 100 from my bank because her counting was wrong... " Wait.. it was counted by me twice then by her twice & she gave me my slip stating just that. So I get upset about her waiting an hour to call me & tell me I was supposedly 100 short & just taking from my account without my knowledge or approval so I ask for a manager & she tells me one will contact me. Today is July 29th & I still have not got a call so I went in to see why. Again, They told me that CEO was looking over everything & someone would contact me. Well someone did .. the manager Anna & I was basically told "oh well the teller made a mistake .. Didnt you ever make a mistake?" So I got 100 taken from my account even tho it was counted 4 times.. yes 4 times & my receipt showed that & my online banking. I was always taught that the customer is always right but in this case I am right! I was so extremely upset & livid so the manager told me basically oh well close your accounts & go elsewhere! They also just went in and changed my deposit info from that day but thank god I already had a screenshot of what posted on the original date & what they changed it to today.. DAYS later! Obviously someone is lying for someone! Ridiculous! They are so unprofessional especially the manager! If anyone knows who I can talk to about this.. someone higher up then them please please contact me so they know this has happened!
