1 /5 Maura Mulligan: This one-star review is simply to reflect their app and their debit cards. Many people have complained about their card declining even when they have money in their accounts. It is very embarrassing, and I agree as I have been one of them many times. Then when you go to check your account through the app, it’s down most of the time. Usually I see a pattern between the two: when the app is down, your card is down. Must be a network issue, however it is the reason I will be changing my primary bank to First National. I cannot risk my card not operating properly when I’m away for college.
