5 /5 Tiffany Painter: I have only ever had an issue several years back, wont explain the bad situation/names but aside from that, I ALWAYS call & speak to Beth! She is always very helpful & has even gotten me a ride very fast (depends on the situation) but she is definitely reliable & does her job right.

2 /5 Steve: Been there 3 times and every time told nothing they can do but if they could I had a job or eviction notice. Then when I finally get a job paying enough to afford a place am told thats not what we do. We could help with an eviction notice though!?!? Basically find a place to live you cant afford then theyll help but cant help get into a place that you can. But thats what keeps them business. No repeat customers if you only help them once.

2 /5 Shelly Geesey: Their attitude towards people that need actual help, really STINKS!! They need to go to some classes to learn how to treat people with a little bit more consideration and kindness instead of using a sharp tone in their voice! Shame, Shame to those people at CAPP!
