Roberto G This is a fake company that used to be another fake company called National Asset Management. (exact same address as before). If you look at Google Street View it is NOT a place of business. They had somehow gotten a hold of old collection accounts (which are no longer valid) from 5 years ago from a legitimate collection agency, stole the name and started harassing people for old balances. That was two years ago. Now they are Global Credit Solutions and are again harassing people for these illegitimate balances. While on the phone with someone from the company he started screaming at me and told me that he was going to "send people to your business to harass you every day until you pay what you owe!" He also used profanity and was very unprofessional. If they call, hang up. They have no legal standing to collect any debts. I was previously in contact with the PA Attorney Generals office about this and I am currently also placing a claim with the IL Attorney Generals office to see if we can get these guys to stop scamming people out of money that they do not owe.

The people at FAIFS did everything to help her that they could and lifted a huge weight off of her shoulders. If you find yourself in this kind of situation, seriuosly consider using FAIFS instead of filing for Bankruptcy. Stay away from the larger firms that deal with creditors, the people at FAIFS deal with you on a personal basis and actaully care about their clients.

A shimmering crown gem is Denise Zarilla, with 40 years of tax preparation experience. She made my overall experience quite enjoyable, and she really knows her stuff. Inside of the place feels way homier than any tax office, and the ambiance is equally homier than the spartan, sterile blandness of your average tax place. Five stars ALL the way.
