1 /5 Roberto G: This is a fake company that used to be another fake company called National Asset Management. (exact same address as before). If you look at Google Street View it is NOT a place of business. They had somehow gotten a hold of old collection accounts (which are no longer valid) from 5 years ago from a legitimate collection agency, stole the name and started harassing people for old balances. That was two years ago. Now they are Global Credit Solutions and are again harassing people for these illegitimate balances. While on the phone with someone from the company he started screaming at me and told me that he was going to "send people to your business to harass you every day until you pay what you owe!" He also used profanity and was very unprofessional. If they call, hang up. They have no legal standing to collect any debts. I was previously in contact with the PA Attorney Generals office about this and I am currently also placing a claim with the IL Attorney Generals office to see if we can get these guys to stop scamming people out of money that they do not owe.

1 /5 Wayne Family: I have been trying to reach them non-stop for months. No call backs, no email responses. They also use a defunct website us-gcs.com. They have an account we gave them to collect, and we have proof that they have been receiving payments and not submitting us the payment. They made lame excuses in 2019 as to why we hadnt received payments, such as the check needs to clear, it takes 30 days, we do checks once a month, a month after the check clears, etc. They have THOUSANDS of dollars they have not paid us. No one answers the phones now, every number I can find for past contacts, and on public forums. Never thought I would need to send my collection agency to collections, but I am working on that now!
