1 /5 Mickey: No way in hell to give this place a good review, they only treated their own people with respect. if you from a different nationality the owner is rushing you to leave not taking her time to explain what you are getting meaning refund, she will come up with some bull shit that you gonna owe irs lots of money. But when her people go there she makes it so easy and find a way for them to get big cash refund. The district attorneys office should investigate that place for fraud its been long overdue the owner forge numbers for herself and her family every year they fraud irs and she knows how to play the numbers very well. Eventually shell get caught.

1 /5 Marissa Luz Maldonado: I visited this office in March to file my taxes, but I was told that I needed to make the payment before they could be filed, which was supposed to happen in April. However, the business owner only received the payment in July. I followed up multiple times after sending the payment to ask for a receipt and the status of my taxes. Today is September 7, 2024, and despite sending the payment, I have not yet received any tax services. This lack of communication and delay in providing the services is highly unprofessional. As a first-time customer, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not consider returning to this tax firm. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

5 /5 Vanessa Toledo: Amazing!!! From the girls in the front desk to the rest of the staff. Princess helped me with my tax refund after i had a horrible experience with another tax agency. She was very sweet, comforting and explained to me step by step the process she was doing for my taxes. It’s nice to go to people who are honest and truly compassionate in trying to help. I would recommend them and will be return job every year from now .
