1 /5 F Odom: Ive been with them for 15 years. I have sent them a lot of business, not just clients but other tax offices. Over the last few years, it has become more difficult to deal with them when my customers have an issue. I usually have to call several times. It takes over 48 hours to get a response and sometimes they do not respond at all. The only pro is that the fees are low cost, but there are too many cons at this point. .

1 /5 SHONUFFABM THEMASTER: If you are looking for a business partner for your tax company let me tell you from first hand experience over the past few years. This company is awful. If you have a problem and need actual help assisting your client you can’t even speak to any one directly that can help resolve your issue. They promote high loans when majority of the time your clients will only get $250-$500. Even returning clients that have had all their tax returns pay out every year. I recommend you find another company to assist you with your third party banking.

THIS COMPANY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU GOT APPROVED FOR THOUSANDS ON YOUR ADVANCE AND ONLY GIVE YOU A VERY SMALL PORTION!!! (Ex. 4000 advance turns into 400) SO STAY CLEAR AND GO TO A REAL TAX AGENT GET YOUR ADVANCE CORRECTLY ESTIMATED AND RECIEV THOUSANDS EARLY AND NOT JUST SOME PETTY CASH THAT WONT EVEN COVER YOUR RENT!!!!
