Carolyn Kross David Joseph has to manage my investments and he never returns my calls and has been inaccessible for nearly two years. Perhaps you need a minimum amount of money to get his attention/ recalls which apparently I do not have. Unless you are rich he will ghost you and that is unacceptable.
