5 /5 Michael Kelly: A friend referred me to David Bates insurance. You are always a bit skeptical switching to another agent (I was with my previous agent for 20 years). Turns out David took great care of me and fiancé’s insurance. Not only did he save us a lot of money, but he got us better coverage too. David takes the time to make sure he’s taking care of you and invests in who you are personally. Highly recommend at least getting a quote!

1 /5 Daryll: Stop with the cold calls, I dont even live in your area and you find it necessary to call people that arent with your agency. If I wanted your insurance then I would have called you. I will remove this rating once you stop calling me. Edit: you just called again today....

1 /5 Pamela Koch: Giving them 1 star out of courtesy. Ive had Allstate for 20+ years, Never has my insurance gone up 2x in a one month period. It did last year. They said rates went up and their rates went up. Ridiculous. I had the bundle house and auto but didnt seem like it was a discount. With discount 700+ a month for 3 vehicles. Just for vehicle not including house. Granted we had 2 accidents this year which should have been both cars at fault but allstate didnt fight for us. Would not look at my policy for further discounts. To help reduce cost asked for quote for my daughters car and their excuse Computers down. But I called them 1.5 days later in the afternoon with no call back. My advise, do not go with Allstate. They are not on your side and are greedy. Eventually I went to USAA. Paying half the cost even with the 2 accidents. Sorry not sorry Allstate. Buyer beware!!!
