Fierce Gypsy Tammy is wonderful. She is trying to help me and I am so grateful for her. My father passed away and left me his half of our house that we built when I was 16. 2 days after he passed I was viciously attacked by a dog at work and had to have surgery to repair the nerve damage and other injuries that were done to my dominate arm, wrist, hand and shoulder. I havent been able to work for 6 months and am in the process of losing everything I have because of it. Tammy is doing what she can to help me save my house and keep my utilities on. Jay Haughton I love this bank, everyone is friendly. Gavin was my banker that helped me close an old account and open a new one and he did it so fast. I have no problems with this bank so far. I also really love the mobile app, rarely do I need to go into the bank. I do wish they would add a larger sign for the outside of Truist since it can be hard to locate when driving. Other than that, I give this location a 9.5/10

Bill Meyer I have a friend that was in dire straights because the effects of COVID-19. She lost her job, could not feed her kids and was constantly being harrased by debt collectors. The people at FAIFS did everything to help her that they could and lifted a huge weight off of her shoulders. If you find yourself in this kind of situation, seriuosly consider using FAIFS instead of filing for Bankruptcy. Stay away from the larger firms that deal with creditors, the people at FAIFS deal with you on a personal basis and actaully care about their clients.
