1 /5 Angela Long: Just dont bother...There are other local banks that are supportive of our community. This one is not, I dread having to contact them or go in as I always seem to get treated rude and my needs not taken care of.
Ive had this account in good standing for years...,until I went inside this branch. Next day, I moved my direct deposit.
1 /5 Erin Mills: I banked with Norry my entire life and absolutely adored them. Even kept my account open when I moved out of state. These days, things are horrible there. Horrible judgemental old women working the counters. Will do anything they can to charge you fees and act like you are trying to steal from them when you point out that you shouldnt have been charged. They look at your account and then treat you based off that. Working on switching to Service 1st, they seem to treat people with much more respect and dignity so far.
