Scott Edwards The women behind the counter are very professional and really show they’re appreciation for us account holders! Shelly and the young blonde with glasses (wish I knew her name) behind the counter are so professional it makes me enjoy walking in there time to time! PNC or whoever can, you need to pay them on the back because they are what makes that place shine! Thank you guys!!!!!

Isabella Brom 2/4/25 I had called the Hermitage location hoping I could get a last minute appointment for today due to only having fridays off of work and I’m in my probationary period. I luckily was able to get today off and was hoping to be seen because I’m a first time mom and my anxiety has been getting the best of me and just needed some reassurance and make sure everything is ok. Unfortunately, the Hermitage location had no availabilities to get me in today. I had called the Farrell location, and I wish I could remember her name, but the receptionist who I had spoke with was absolutely amazing! Not only was she able to get me an appointment for today, but she was super reassuring and didn’t make me feel like I was being a total pain at all for just wanting to make sure my baby was ok. I feel horrible that I don’t remember her name, but I sincerely am so grateful that I had the experience I did with her today. I wish every receptionist was like her

Dawn Crawford My office has been with Penn Rise since they opened 17 years ago. Karl is our main contact there and he has always given the best offers that meet OUR needs.
