Josh Weaver I received an automatic felony DWI upon refusing a breathalyzer as I had received a previous DWI within the last 10 years. Andrew and Derek told me they were confident taking this case to trial. We didn’t even get that far. These amazing gentlemen were able to negotiate down to a DWAI which is only a violation, not even a crime. They were prompt and responsive. They answered any and all questions I had and they were probably the best attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with.
