Each time, they have handled themselves with class, even when faced with a seemingly lose-lose situation. Their skill and hard work is surpassed only by their modesty and compassion. When I think of what my ideal law office for representation would be like, Young/Sommer comes to mind. They have earned my lifelong business.

1 /5 frank serpico: Unfortunately I Had the bad experience of engaging Young/Sommer. At age 82 on my birthday I called their office on a time sensitive matter. They said they would be right over and even brought me a bottle of wine. I thought WOW. However it was all down hill from there on in. After the initial consultation I received a request for a $5000 retainer which I immediately mailed. Six months later after a number of unreturned phone calls, I had my family attorney make inquiry.. They responded with apologies that they, “let it fall through the cracks” and would have to make another consultation. Having lost confidence in their interest, integrity and professionalism my attorney requested a return of my retainer in full. When my check came back it was minus $472.50. That was one expensive bottle of wine.. Thanks Y/S next time I’ll buy my own wine and save money, grief and aggravation. At my age I can do without the abuse. Truly disappointed.
