Pete S My upstate NY speeding ticket case (over 30 MPR over the limit) has been dragging over five and a half years. Partially, in the beginning it happened because of COVID, on the other hand, my attorney Mr. Rakesh Joshi has strategically delayed the process waiting for the appropriate moments to negotiate and improve on the outcome as much as possible in my favor. He went to the court number of times during this period without asking me for any additional fees and was able to reduce my potential 8 points to 3, as well as to only 1MPR over the speeding limit. They sued me, for unethical reasons, almost 10 years ago, and obtained a judgment against me. Despite the fact that I paid the judgment in full, the law firm never filed the papers to prove I paid the judgment. I have suffered the consequences ever since.
