1 /5 B C: My teenage son was driving his girlfriends car when he got into a side street accident. The weather conditions were poor, and he was barely going 20 miles per hour. Fortunately, he didn’t receive a ticket, and a witness who was behind him confirmed to the police that he tried to stop. The individuals (scammers) he collided with, who had no visible injuries, are now trying to file a lawsuit against the insurance company. I keep getting letters addressed to my minor son at our home, and whenever I try to call for clarification, the “Intake Team” are unable to provide any information since it’s not our insurance. They often end up being rude and hanging up on me. This law office is frustrating, taking on cases like a revolving door, and their commercials are cringe-worthy. It’s really disheartening.

We are not the party being accused in this matter, which is why we have not been able to obtain information when reaching out to your office, correct? I’ll reiterate: your law firm operates like a revolving door, enabling defendants to exploit past injuries for financial gain. You recognized an opportunity, and it’s frankly disheartening. Furthermore, I reached out with respect to understand why we continue to receive correspondence from your firm. It seems your "intake team" lacks proper training, as disconnecting calls is not an acceptable way to resolve inquiries. Disappointing
