Debbie It gives me great pleasure to write this review. I was pulled over in a rain storm. I was the only car on the road and wasn’t speeding because it was raining out. But I made the worst mistake you could ever do. I asked the officer what my speed was. To make a long story short he didn’t like that, wasn’t nice, and gave me 4 tickets.
