My family sought Anthonys legal assistance in two separate instances. Several years ago, he set up a Family Asset Protection Trust, which successfully allowed my mother to qualify for Community Medicaid shortly after she was admitted to an Assisted Living Program. More recently, he helped us navigate the limited options available to us when Nursing Home-level care became necessary, which in turn required an abrupt pivot in financial planning. Throughout both experiences, Anthony offered useful guidance. He patiently responded to my many emailed questions, and was prompt in delivering legal documents when needed. He is knowledgeable in the field of Elder Law, and has experience with practical aspects of the NY state Medicaid program.
