Although initially, we may have gotten off to a little bump in the road due to a brief miscommunication cue as a result of a major life event that took place on your end, which I was unaware of; you immediately course corrected, prioritized and eagerly provided superb legal direction on my anomalous NY Tenant/Landlord/Third-Party case. In concert with your expertise in the practice area of Tenant Representation Law, having a handle on/navigating the complex nuances of my separate yet interrelated case as a Third Party involving a Title 81 Guardianship in addition to rising to the occasion at a critical time after three prior incompetent attorneys, in over their heads, unprofessionally dropping the ball as well as dropping my case, you came to my legal rescue and exceeded all of my expectations.
