Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.

Maddy Frank Jeff is the best! I would say I have very baseline financial literacy, so I was a bit nervous to consider investing. Even my retirement plan is a bit confusing to me. He took the time to share his knowledge with me and made it very easy to understand. He gave me some simple advice to help optimize my portfolio. He explained his reasoning for everything and the model they use at their firm. I appreciate that he didnt rush through it all and thoroughly answered my simplest questions without judgement. I would definitely trust this firm with your finances.

Amber Donofrio I typically go to the Meadow Street branch and always have a positive experience there, but this location on the Commons is really convenient, especially since neither branch is open on Saturdays anymore so it can be harder to fit in a visit in-between work. The issue is that CFCUs "transformation center" is confusing. After a few years, I still dont know what the term "transformation center" even means. Its nice if you just need to use the atm, but its unclear what other services the branch offers or doesnt offer, as its set up more loosely than a typical bank location. Its also sometimes unclear who to speak to and there can be a line as theres only one teller. Im happy we have a location downtown, but wish it was a more traditional branch. I will say the 24-hr atm access is very convenient, though.
