5 /5 Tameeka Bethea: I had a great experience at the the Brunswick branch for my first time coming in for service. The member relationship manager Katie and staff there were courteous. I regularly branch in Latham and its undergoing many different changes. I found the Brunswick branch exceptional with getting my needs met with their customer service.

1 /5 Nicole Nunez: They charged me $1.25 every time I used my card. When using it at a register and when taking cash out of the ATM, they charged an extra $1.25 on top of the ATM fee. I’ve never heard of a bank doing that and I can’t afford an extra $20+ a month just to use my debit card. I also asked for overdraft to be turned off on my account and they told me they did so, then proceeded to charge me $30 for an overdraft fee more than once. They show the $30 as an “ATM fee” from the place that last charged the card. I contacted said place and verified the charge did not come from them. The whole thing is fishy. I’m switching banks at this point.
