1 /5 Roman Tatarinov: Steven Tabak created a policy for me by submitting misleading information to insurance company, charged me premium and confirming that everything is OK with my umbrella policy. When I asked him why not all my properties are on the policy by texting him, this is the time when he starts to ignore all of my texts, emails and out of many calls to his office, his assistants always told me that he just stepped out or gone for today, but he will call me right after he is back. It is been over a month and many calls to his office, still have not heard from him. And I had to call directly to insurance company and they said they never received all information from Steven and the only option for me is to cancel and not getting a full refund. Very unprofessional from Steven Tabak.
I spoke with insurance company, they did not received any documents for the second property and only will issue a pretrial refund, so money lost for me.
