Vicki West I have found this is a good bank! They have been terrific and I cant complain. Customer service is awesome and they are knowledgeable. Fraud Dept is super good and they caught fraud before we knew it! If you have a problem, call the branch Managers in your area. They will straighten out issues for you.

Arvin Ghias Very bad attitude & I hope management will talk to them. People are in the line & only one teller is working and have bad attitude problems. All I asked how long will it take. She just doesn’t care. Management should communicate with their employees. It’s very competitive market & it’s not monopoly. I know why the reviews are below 2.5.
